Once Upon a Garden, A Memory

This painting is in a 16x20 frame in natural wood. I have decided to change the way I was showing it which was vertical.This way the feeling is of a very bright sunny day with some remembrance of flowers now only vaguely in the memory. Reminds of my travels on the Caribbean Islands.

This figure reminds of a lady trying to seem glamorous going out. It is all a fantasy, of course. Measurements 14x14.

I see a little fish in this painting. Do you? Looks as if he or she is in the shallow and there are leaves floating around. Measurements are 11x9.

Hola Toulouse

This little painting reminds me of Toulouse Lautrec's women and thus the name. It is a watermedia. Seems like the lady is having fun. Measurements are 12x10.

Water Music

I continue my life time fascination with the ocean after having lived on an island for some years. This work is small, 12x8. I have used my favorite method which is multimedia and pouring with background in wet in wet. It creates excitement. My other love other than painting is music and I think the movement I create by splattering reflects this inner life. Good for you Jackson Pollock you gave us the splatter.

This tryptich is watermedia. I had a lot of fun painting this. Reminds me of sea cratures caught in the waves or shallow. Used ink, acrylics and watercolors. Measures are 30x10.

This piece is a 12x7. I cropped it from a bigger painting and liked the way the paint ran. I often use the wet on wet technique and watch the paint flow.

Mystic Landscape No. 23

This painting is a 16x20 done in mixed media. I never start out with anything in mind. I wet the paper and pour the paint and let it do its own mixing. I turn it in all four directions and pick the one I like. This is finished with a bit of FW ink. Reminded me after it was finished of a landscape not your usual landscape, but one in a mystic sort of way. Price is $300. May use PAYPAL FOR PAYMENT.
