Neighboring Barn
This painting is a watercolor. Measures 16x20. I have painted many barns over the years and this is one more. I find them irresistible to paint and actually they are getting to be relics of the past and need preserving in paintings. Nestled in the mountains they some times look small , but other times as in this case, they are in full view close by. Joyful Western North Carolina. Must be one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Beautiful painting, Silvia! I hadn't thought about it before, but you're right that it's a good thing to preserve these old barns by painting them.
